Each key’s backlight can be customized from a palette of 16.8 million colors. Mark keys by color to keep track of spells and game commands. Use Logitech Gaming software to your keyboard lighting effects. Faster actuation means faster response for the edge in battles where every millisecond matters. It’s faster than standard mechanical switches. I guess Logitech is out of the question for future buys just for ethical reasons.Logitech exclusive Romer-G™ mechanical switches give you incredible responsiveness, with a key actuation point up to 25 percent shorter. That really is sad, considering the amount of stuff i bought from them. This is ridiculous, and i really thought Logitech would be a more customer friendly company. I think this is really discrimination, and i have asked twice so far to receive the reason why i'm only getting a 20% discount ''because i live in cyprus'' Why does it matter where i live? Did no one check my address? Why are they not responding? (i waited 3 days before i reminded them that i am still waiting for a response and another 2 days before i posted on reddit.) The response i got was really ridiculous. (It was already mentioned that my location is serviced by UPS, but i wanted to make it sure). I have responded and told them that i'd gladly accept the 30% discount as a ''solution'' for what has happened, and i asked them to confirm if they indeed ship to my location, since i have never purchased stuff directly from their store. But they did provide solutions, and props to them for that. Again, a bit sketchy since the G910 was and is their most expensive keyboard, and if i picked a different one it wouldnt be the same. But really, discontinue the Spark because of bad reviews? Anyway, thats not the issue.Īfter i declined to send the keyboards back, since i didnt want the Spectrum as a replacement, i was offered a 30% discount on a future order, or any keyboard from their store. Thats the reason why they made the Orion Spectrum i think. The bash that Logitech took when they sent review samples to reviewers in my opinion was wrong. I chose the G910 Orion Spark for its keycaps, i like them, and their curvy design. On a later email, i was notified that i wouldnt get a G910 Orion Spark as a replacement, but a G910 Orion Spectrum, which in my opinion is unacceptable. I have also read that many people have issues with their keyboards, more or less like me. ![]() (A bit sketchy imao, since 3 our of 3 keyboards behave the same, and it seems as this isnt just bad luck. ![]() Unfortunately the 3rd keyboard, was out of warranty so there was nothing that could be done. Problems were persistent so i was offered to RMA 2 of the keyboards ( which are still in warranty). Currently me and my friends own 3 G910 Orion Spark keyboards, and all of them behave the same, with my personal keyboard behaving worse than the other 2.Īfter receiving a few emails from logitech, i followed their advice and re-checked and re-did what i have already done regarding software etc. ![]() I have also persuaded friends to purchase peripherals from Logitech since i have never ever had the slightest issue with their performance, reliability and price. Please note that i am a true ''Logitech fanboy'' since i have purchased countless items from them. So i decided to contact Logitech regarding the issue. I even connected the keyboard to other computers, both never and older, rolled the Logitech Gaming Software to a previous version and nothing. Nothing i did seemed to help, i re-installed the Logitech Gaming Software, i checked if everything was up to date, firmware and other applications, updated windows just in case something was causing that issue. Keys being pressed multiple times, or not registering at all (especially Y and L), dots would be registering forever and wouldnt stop even if i pressed the dot (.) key on either side of the keyboard, all at random hours. So, a while back my G910 Orion Spark started behaving oddly. ![]()
